Chadell
Delicate, golden tone with a rich, earthy undertone. Upon initial release, the nose reveals a well-rounded array of aromas, offering hints of damp soil and citrus. As the nose settles, mild undertones of gravel and stone emerge, tempered by a lean acidity. The taste is polished and refined, with a elegant evenness of limestone and citrus notes. A Pinot Grigio-inspired wine, but with a more nuanced and polished character. The linger is enjoyable and lingering, with a soft hint of softness. A lovely wine, indeed. As the bottle nears its end, I find myself yearning for a complementary pairing.
