This Pouilly-Fumé presents with a pale straw hue, exuding an aromatic bouquet of flint, green apple, and white peach, underscored by a subtle hint of elderflower. On the palate, the wine is impeccably structured, showcasing a vibrant minerality that is quintessential of the Loire terroir. The crisp acidity harmonizes beautifully with the wine's delicate fruit profile, offering layers of citrus zest and a whisper of gooseberry. The finish is elegantly prolonged, marked by a refined smokiness and a touch of saline. This wine exemplifies the classic style of Pouilly-Fumé, offering both complexity and finesse.

The nose is restrained, with a elegant sweetness and a hint of saltiness, setting the tone for a vibrant and crisp palate. The tartness is well-balanced, with a pleasing crunch of citrus and a touch of minerality, but the finale is long and satisfying, with a subtle bitterness and a note of green fruit.
Hns Macedo
Zesty and elegant pairing, this wine's citrus hints complement the bold hints of spicy dishes, as its medium to high brightness cuts through concentrated and savory elements, making it a remarkable match for chicken and other rich fare.
Wigger
A symphony of citrus and melon harmonizes with the crispness of apple, yielding a long and contenting finish.
