Unified blend of white nectarine and passion fruit, with oak and vanilla tones that add intensity and finesse to the ultimately structure.

Opulent and layered wine with a well blended symmetry of fresh tropical flavors, matched by a zesty dry Chardonnay profile. The aromas of apple and pear are expertly balanced, but the bracing quality provides a crisp touch. The vanilla, oak, and honey undertones add body and warmth, with a long close that extends on the palate.

A more floral than regular chardonnay, with a richer, more layered character.

What the web is saying

Januik Cold Creek Vineyard Chardonnay is praised for its opulent and layered profile, featuring tropical and orchard fruit flavors like pear, apple, and citrus. While some appreciate its smooth, creamy texture and balanced minerality, others find it overly floral or intense. Oak, vanilla, and honey undertones add depth, with a crisp, long finish. Availability can be an issue for some.

This Januik Cold Creek Vineyard Chardonnay has a bright, crisp palate with a hint of citrus and tropical fruit. On the nose, there are aromas of apple, lemon, and a hint of oak. On the palate, there are notes of green apple, lemon zest, and a touch of minerality. The finish is long and lingering, with a nice balance of acidity and oak. Overall, this is a well-made, food-friendly Chardonnay that will pair well with a variety of dishes.
