Jaine Cottage Chardonnay

Chardonnay

A luminous straw hue introduces this elegant Chardonnay, where the nose is a harmonious blend of ripe stone fruits, particularly white peach and apricot, interwoven with subtle nuances of honeysuckle and toasted almond. The palate is a testament to its craftsmanship, showcasing a creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity, which underscores the wine's minerality. Layers of Meyer lemon and a whisper of vanilla oak emerge, leading to a lingering finish marked by a touch of saline complexity. This Chardonnay exemplifies the finesse and precision characteristic of its cool-climate origins, promising both immediate pleasure and short-term cellaring potential.
