Voss Expert tasting note
This Illuminati Pecorino Controguerra is a beautifully structured white wine with aromas of honeycomb, peaches, and lemongrass. On the palate, the linear acidity and bright fruit provide a pleasant texture and balance to the wine.

Marfer Palanker
Light and nuanced bouquet, with citrus touches of lemon and jasmine emerging on the nose. The sensation is similarly refined, with nuances of lychee, grapefruit, apricot, melon, and green apple unfolding in a harmonious and intricate manner. The brightness is bright and refreshing, whereas the body is medium, with a slightly pronounced tail that lasts pleasantly. Overall, a well-balanced and rewarding wine with a vibrant quality.
Maycalma
The aroma is reminding of a ripe pear, with a dash of citrus, at the same time the taste is unripe pear or green apple, with a tart finish.
Jingtong Cendrette
Bracing and refreshing wine with a dry and minerally character, accompanied by a nice stability of liveliness and a long, contenting finish.

Illuminati Pecorino Controguerra is praised for its vibrant citrus and pear notes, with a refreshing and crisp profile. While some appreciate its smooth, medium body and harmonious flavors of lychee, grapefruit, and green apple, others find the dry, minerally character and bitter almond finish less appealing. Overall, it offers a lively, enjoyable experience, though its unique profile may not suit everyone.
