It has a bright, citrusy nose with notes of ripe lemon, grapefruit, and green apple. On the palate, it is light-bodied and crisp, with flavors of juicy white peach, lime, and a hint of freshly cut grass.

Thorsten
Rich and inviting colour, especially given the recent vintage. The nose is intensely ripe, with a well blended blend of passion fruit and tropical mango notes, during the texture is full and rounded, with a soft minerality. The liveliness is well-balanced, and the fruit sweetness is a welcome respite from the typical overabundance of kiwi and grass. Overall, this is a very good wine that is well-suited for those looking for a more subtle and accessible tasting experience.
Wiin
Lively and bracing wine with a fruity profile
Siobahn
Refreshing and crisp wine with a light yellow hue, offering high liveliness and a mild level of residual sugar. The flavor profile is distinguished by notes of citrus, distinctly lemon zest, alongside accents of unripe pineapple and passion fruit, with a light undertone of grapefruit. The lasting impression is medium in length, leaving a clean and zesty impression.

Huia Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its vibrant and lively profile, featuring tropical fruit and citrus notes like passion fruit, mango, and lime zest. While some appreciate its unique character and organic practices, others miss the typical Marlborough earthy and grassy tones. The wine's minerality and balanced acidity are well-regarded, though its subtlety may not appeal to everyone.
