Phanki
Delicate and elegant white wine with a delicate evenness of citrus and green apple notes, exhibiting a pale straw hue. The sensation is distinguished by a seamless blend of lemon, lime, and green apple flavors, with a understated suggestion of honey and cream from the French oak aging. The close is lively and dry, leaving a lean and comforting impression. A well-crafted wine that is sure to please.
Heiarii
Vibrant citrus pigment dominates the visual presentation, at the same time the nose reveals a delicate floral notes of white nectarines and pineapples, their sweetness graceful by a dash of tropical fruitiness. The profile is a elegant blend of juicy mangoes and pineapples, with a silky creaminess that adds strength and complexity. The follow through is surprisingly saline, leaving a lingering impression.
Sofi
Well-balanced wine with a rich, creamy smoothness and a velvety finish. at the same time it may not be as full-bodied as some other Chardonnays, it still manages to deliver a enjoyable experience. The oak influence is noticeable, but not overpowering, and the aromas and flavors of vanilla, butter, and stone are well-balanced and harmonious. The brightness is lively and refreshing, suggesting that it will only improve with age. Overall, a good highlight for those looking for a velvety and introductory Chardonnay.
