Haka
Rich, round magenta core gradually deepens towards the edges, with a delicate blackberry and plum undertone. The finale is noted for by a smooth, bold chocolate and a wisp of violet, even as the tartness persists on the palate, leaving a subtle, molasses-like aftertaste.
Brigittr
Remarkable Cabernet Sauvignon from a single vineyard, boasting superb quality and depth. The Hourglass vineyard is situated in the esteemed St. Helena AVA, and this wine is a testament to the region's renowned terroir. The 100% CS, aged for 20 months in 100% new French oak, results in a multi faceted and powerful wine with a rich, velvety texture. The nose is featured by a deep, concentrated color with numerous legs, at the same time the aromas are a unified blend of blackberries, cassis, green tobacco, licorice, fresh herbs, black tea, and coffee. The palate is medium+ in intensity, with a medium+ and juicy acidity, supported by fine-grained tannins. The ending is long and satisfying, with a full-bodied grip and a lingering memory of blackberries.
Nicho
Balanced blend of flavors, with a mellow finish, the wine's nuanced tannins provide a smooth contrast to the bold, savory hints of the dish. The multi faceted umami flavors, suggestive of soy and fish sauce, add body and richness to the pairing, during the Serrano chimichurri or Mahogany beef bourguignon with hoisin sauce offer complementary, umami-rich alternatives.

This Hourglass Cabernet Sauvignon receives consistent praise for its rich dark fruit flavors, velvety texture, and complex notes of chocolate, oak, and spices. While many highlight its balanced tannins and lingering finish, some note persistent tartness or overpowering mineral elements. The wine demonstrates Napa's signature full-bodied style with excellent aging potential across vintages.
