The absence of dosage (Brut Zéro) allows the natural fruit flavors to shine through, resulting in a bone-dry and crisp finish. This Champagne pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. Its vibrant acidity and delicate flavors make it an excellent companion to seafood, such as oysters, scallops, or grilled fish.
