Sophisticated and elegant wine with a light citrus and apple profile, revealing a well blended cohesion of flavors. The light golden pigment adds to its understated charm. A remarkable wine from the vineyard, boasting 100% Pinot Noir.
Venco
A refreshing and crisp English Blanc de Blancs with a elegant evenness of fruit and acidity. The nose is shaped by a delicate blend of red apple, ripe raspberry, and toasted notes, and yet the flavor is defined by a harmonious interplay of red apples, ripe raspberry, and bread dough. The follow through is long and dry, with a delightful finish that resonates on the palate. The wine is a stonking choice for sipping on its own or pairing with lighter fare such as fish or shellfish. It's a very good value for the price and is sure to please even the most discerning palates.
Nadiae Sobler
Masterclass from Gusbourne, expressing their amazing Pinot Noir. With 24 months on lees and a 4g dosage, the result is a harmonious and elegant wine that just right balances citrus and pastry notes. Charlie Holland's winemaking prowess is on full display, and the gentle hint of red fruit adds strength without compromising the wine's razor-sharp style. A pricey but fantastic ESW, well worth the investment. Worth returning to.

Gusbourne Blanc de Noirs is celebrated for its elegant and sophisticated profile, with consistent praise for its harmonious blend of citrus, apple, and pastry notes. While some appreciate its crisp and refreshing nature, others highlight its creamy mouthfeel and subtle minerality. The wine's long, satisfying finish and balanced acidity make it a favorite for pairing with light dishes, though some find it pricey.
A distinguished expression of English sparkling wine, the Gusbourne Blanc de Noirs reveals a luminous, pale copper hue. The nose is an intricate tapestry of red berry compote, brioche, and a whisper of rose petal, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it showcases a finely tuned balance of creamy mousse and vibrant acidity, with layers of wild strawberry, red currant, and a hint of almond. The finish is elegantly persistent, marked by a saline edge that speaks to its coastal terroir. This wine exemplifies the finesse and precision of English sparkling craftsmanship.
