Guinigi Pinot Grigio 2019 is appreciated for its smooth, bright character with balanced apple, pear, and citrus notes. It offers a touch of herbal flavors and a trace of sweetness, complemented by controlled zest and a satisfying finish.
This Pinot Grigio presents a luminous straw hue, revealing a bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of almond blossom. On the palate, it showcases a harmonious interplay of crisp acidity and a delicate mineral backbone, characteristic of its Northern Italian origin. The mid-palate unfolds with layers of ripe pear and green apple, underscored by a subtle saline note that enhances its refreshing quality. The finish is clean and precise, with a lingering hint of citrus zest. This wine exemplifies the varietal's potential for elegance and finesse, making it a quintessential expression of Italian Pinot Grigio.
