A glass of wine with a cloudy appearance, its color is a medium lemon hue. The aromas of apple and lemon are prominent, with a undertone of pear and lime. The crispness is balanced, but the ending is medium, leaving a crisp aftertaste.

What the web is saying

Gregoletto Prosecco Sui Lieviti is appreciated for its vibrant, zesty flavors, with notes of lemon, apple, and pear. While some enjoy its crisp, lively character and suitability for celebrations, others note a strong yeast presence and medium finish. The wine's traditional winemaking method and balanced acidity are praised, though its cloudy appearance and sediment may not appeal to everyone.

Voss Experts4.5

This Prosecco, with its cloudy, straw-yellow hue, is a testament to the sui lieviti style, offering a rustic yet captivating experience. The nose is a delicate interplay of fresh green apple, white peach, and a subtle yeasty undertone, reminiscent of freshly baked bread. On the palate, it presents a lively effervescence, balanced by a creamy texture and a crisp, mineral-driven acidity. The finish is clean and refreshing, with lingering notes of citrus zest and almond. This wine exemplifies the traditional, unfiltered approach of Veneto, perfect for those seeking an authentic, artisanal expression.
