Nathalwan Charlamow
Voluptuous and full-bodied wine with a well-rounded and layered profile, featuring a concentrated red colour and a rich, soft texture. The taste and aroma are powered by by accents of oak, cherry, plum, vanilla, blackberry, black fruit, cassis, and bold fruit, with a hint of blackcurrant.
Ribamar
Solid effort, with a few exceptional moments. The pairing of chocolate and blackberries was a satisfying surprise, and the osso buco milanese was a highlight of the class. Overall, a decent experience.
Spilou
Classic Bordeaux blend, this wine is a staple of the varietal. Its multi faceted nose, with hints of herbaceousness, earth, and mint, is evocative of a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. The sensation is similarly layered, with nuances of blackberry, vanilla, oak, chocolate, and spice, all expertly integrated to create a voluptuous and silky texture. The tannins are well-balanced, adding richness and profile to the wine without overpowering it. Overall, this is a wine that will appeal to fans of the varietal, with its classic tastes and casual finish.

Grattamacco Bolgheri Rosso is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile and harmonious blend of flavors like blackberry, plum, and vanilla. While some find it well-balanced with smooth tannins, others note a lack of complexity. Aromas of oak, leather, and spices are common, with a satisfying finish. It's a versatile wine, suitable for various occasions, though some question its value for money.
