This Ribolla Gialla presents a luminous straw hue, offering an aromatic bouquet of white peach, lemon zest, and a hint of almond blossom. The palate is vibrant and finely structured, showcasing a harmonious interplay of crisp acidity and subtle minerality, characteristic of Friuli's terroir. Mid-palate, it reveals layers of green apple and quince, underscored by a delicate salinity that enhances its refreshing profile.
