Decadent and creamy spread made from the finest ingredients, this apricot oak butter banana is a decadent delight.

Well-balanced Chardonnay with a balanced blend of buttery and vanilla notes, accompanied by the light strength of apple and apricot

2018

Decadent and rich wine with a subtle oak influence, balanced by a light vanilla and apricot note. The tongue is similarly nuanced, with a elegant seamlessness of tones that includes key lime, curd, and butter. However, the wine's light body and lack of punch may be off-putting for some drinkers. A decent effort, but not quite up to par with its peers.

What the web is saying

Granite Hill Chardonnay is appreciated for its creamy texture and rich, buttery notes with hints of vanilla, apricot, and tropical fruits. While some enjoy its balanced and decadent flavors, others find it lacks body and punch. The subtle oak and banana nuances are noted, making it a suitable pairing for delicate dishes.

Voss Experts4.5

The 2021 Granite Hill Chardonnay presents a luminous straw hue, indicative of its vibrant character. On the nose, it unfolds a symphony of ripe citrus and stone fruit, with Meyer lemon and white peach at the forefront, elegantly interwoven with subtle notes of honeysuckle and toasted almond. The palate is a masterclass in balance, showcasing a creamy texture offset by a precise, mineral-driven acidity. Layers of baked apple and a whisper of vanilla oak linger, culminating in a long, refined finish. This Chardonnay exemplifies the finesse and complexity typical of its cool-climate origins, promising both immediate pleasure and potential for short-term aging.
