This Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. The bouquet unfolds with layers of blackcurrant, cassis, and a hint of graphite, underscored by subtle cedar and vanilla from well-judged oak integration. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with firm yet polished tannins providing a robust framework. The mid-palate reveals a core of ripe dark fruits, complemented by a touch of dark chocolate and a whisper of dried herbs, culminating in a long, harmonious finish. This wine exemplifies the classic elegance and depth of a premium Cabernet from its region.

Granite Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with notes of cherry, vanilla, and oak. While some appreciate its complexity and smooth finish, others find it overly decadent and unbalanced. The wine offers good value, with hints of caramel, berry, and a touch of cigar flint adding depth. Opinions vary on its balance, but it's generally considered a satisfying choice.
