Grampsas Novita

Grampsas Novita is a unique Greek wine from Zakinthos, praised for its citrus and floral notes, medium body, and crisp finish. While some appreciate its complex aromas of mastic and cedar, others find it lacks depth. The wine pairs well with seafood and is best enjoyed chilled. Its vibrant character and subtle minerality make it a refreshing choice for warm weather.

Grampsas Novita presents a luminous straw hue, hinting at its vibrant character. The nose is an intricate tapestry of ripe apricot, honeysuckle, and a whisper of white pepper, underscored by a subtle minerality that speaks to its Ionian origins. On the palate, it unfolds with a harmonious blend of stone fruit and citrus zest, supported by a crisp acidity that enlivens its medium-bodied structure. The finish is elegantly prolonged, with a saline edge and a touch of almond, marking it as a distinguished example of Greek winemaking prowess. Ideal for those seeking a refined yet approachable expression.
