Takase
Crisp and crisp sparkling wine with a nuanced orange or grapefruit undertone, accompanied by a bold whiskey barrel note. Its delicate harmony of hints makes it an excellent pairing for a light dinner or a mild white fish dish, specifically one smothered in a intense sauce.
Drunk
Elegant blend of clean green apple, juicy red apple, and a nuanced yet alluring plum hibiscus and rose hip note, creating a bright and fruity profile.
Cvetomira Termeau
We're thrilled to have introduced our latest private import wine to our friends, and it's clear why it's been a hit. The wine's translucent and yellow tinge is a vibrant surprise, especially given its rosé and pet nat heritage. When shaken, the wine reveals a vibrant grapefruit color, adding an appealing density to its appearance. The palate is a masterclass in rosé-making, with a feisty flow of fruit and a lively, effervescent quality that's sure to please. It's a wine that's as much about the encounter as it is about the taste.
