A most singular and enticing wine discovery unfolds before the reader's eyes. The Etna the vulcano, a wine of unassuming appearance, belies a concentrated and evolved character, redolent of wild strawberries in ripeness.
Gios
Dry Sicilian wine, with a flavor profile that is distinctly influenced by Mount Etna, highlighting a zesty and crisp taste experience.
Itzell
Nuanced shift in character the second night after savoring the first still retains its potency perhaps the tanginess has mellowed slightly

Girolamo Russo Etna Rosato is praised for its vibrant and balanced profile, featuring notes of wild strawberries, citrus, and minerality. While some appreciate its crisp and zesty character, others highlight its subtle floral and peach aromas. The wine's elegance and seamless integration of flavors make it a versatile choice, though a few find its acidity pronounced. Overall, it's a well-crafted and expressive rosé.
This Girolamo Russo Etna Rosato is a delightful rosé with a beautiful salmon hue. The aromas are of ripe strawberries and cherries, with a hint of cloves and nutmeg. The palate is soft and round with a pleasant acidity that gives it a refreshing finish. The tannins are light and subtle, leaving an elegant lingering taste. Overall, this rosé is a delightful example of Sicilian winemaking and a great accompaniment to seafood and light meats.
