Gérard Boulay Clos de Beaujeu Sancerre 2024

Gérard Boulay Clos de Beaujeu Sancerre is praised for its vibrant citrus and floral notes, minerality, and crisp finish. Many appreciate its complexity and balance, with flavors of pear, apple, and a hint of sweetness. While some find the acidity refreshing, others feel it can overpower. The wine pairs well with seafood and light dishes, offering a refined and elegant drinking experience.

A wonderfully balanced and mineral-driven expression of Sancerre from Domaine Gérard Boulay. On the nose, aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and subtle hints of white pepper are complemented by light florals and a stony minerality. On the palate, the wine is crisp and fresh, with bright acidity and a long, vibrant finish. Delicious on its own or paired with seafood or goat cheese.
