The pairing harmonized nicely with bourbon-glazed honey baked ham. The nose featured a blend of orange, pineapple, mango, tangerine, and mineral notes. The mouthfeel was smooth, with a measured level of acidity. Overall, it was a agreeable experience.

Vibrant tangerine hue, with an earthy trace hinting at of a rich, dense soil. This wine is a masterclass in subtlety, with a body that invites repeated sips. It's a wine that rewards patience and exploration, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to discover the uncharted territories of the orange wine world. A true gem, with a quality that's hard to find in this market. I'd give it 4.5 stars, and I'd be happy to return to it.

Gérard Bertrand Orange Gold is praised for its vibrant orange hue and complex flavor profile, featuring notes of citrus, stone fruits, and floral elements. While some appreciate its smooth, full-bodied texture and refreshing acidity, others find it lacks liveliness. It's versatile, pairing well with various dishes, and is often described as a well-crafted, elegant wine with a touch of bitterness.
