Gehricke Cabernet Sauvignon offers an intense nose of ripe black currants, toasty oak, and cedar. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied with notes of dark chocolate, blackberry, and licorice. The tannins are soft and the finish is long, with a hint of forest floor. Enjoy this classic Cabernet Sauvignon with a grilled steak or roasted pork.

Robust and complex wine with a graceful seamlessness of spice, savory notes, and deep fruit flavors. The tannins are well-integrated, supported by a elegant leathery oak presence. A fulfilling and well-crafted wine that delivers on its promise.
Armandie
Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, inky hue. The nose is defined by a subtle, earthy presence, with traces of dried intense fruit, wood, and a touch of green. The palate is dry, with a firm tannic profile that gives way to a range of flavors, consisting of rose petals, spice, and a lingering finish.
Asla
Classic Cabernet from a renowned region, this wine is a staple in many Californian cellars. Its deep, bold color is a testament to the region's reputation for producing full-bodied wines. The nose is incredibly inviting, with a detailed array of tones that include leather, plum, and a dash of sweetness. The mouthfeel is similarly nuanced, with a focus on plum, leather, and black cherry. The tannins are firm but well-balanced, during the crispness is racy and refreshing. Overall, this is a solid, dependable selection for those aiming for a classic California Cabernet.

Gehricke Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with deep fruit flavors and well-integrated tannins. Many appreciate its elegant leathery oak and nuanced spice notes, while some find it sharp. It pairs well with hearty meals and benefits from decanting. The wine's complexity and smooth finish make it a favorite among enthusiasts, though a few were underwhelmed by its sharpness.
