Voss Expert tasting note
AI: The Gaja Idda Rosso has a complex nose of ripe black cherry, plum, and spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and generous, with a silky texture, bright acidity, and flavors of dark berry, forest floor, and earth.

Jotic
A promising start, with Graci's involvement, it appears to be on the right track, with potential for success, much like other similar projects. A rich, profound ruby hue, with flavors of cherry, red fruits, tomato, and blood orange, accompanied by an elegant, harmonious body.
Topish
Consistent blend of Italian varietals, presenting the region's diversity and complexity. The wine's fresh fruit flavors, in particular cranberry and raspberry, are expertly harmonious by soft nuances of morello cherry and pomegranate, even as a touch of sweet spice adds profoundness and warmth. The trail is long and satisfying, with a lingering aftertaste of cotton candy and a understated clove presence. A delightful wine for those pursuing a vibrant and engaging exploring experience, notably those who enjoy the seaside.
Eboni Conka
Complex, unyielding Nerello that defies easy categorization, with a low perceived sweetness that belies its potential. The first vintage from Gaja, a Piedmontese producer, will only improve with time, but the exploration is a wild ride.

Gaja Idda Rosso is praised for its rich cherry and red fruit flavors, with notes of tomato, blood orange, and minerality. While some find it vibrant and engaging, others note excessive tannins. The wine's complexity is highlighted by earthy and flinty undertones, and a smooth, elegant finish. It is seen as a promising investment, with potential to improve with age, though some find it pricey.
