Hsieh
Bracing and zesty wine with a subtle evenness of pear and stone fruit flavors, accompanied by a nuanced yet persistent minerality. The tannins are soft and aromatic, adding density and nuance to the altogether profile. A well-crafted wine with a accent of elegance.
Kim,
The wine's gentle floral nuances and vibrant freshness are harmoniously balanced, making it a delightful accompaniment to the vongole pasta. Unfortunately, the generous serving size left me with little to savor. Wishing you all a wonderful evening.
Kyli
Bright and refreshing wine with a dry, high-toned nose that reveals the grape's zesty tartness and a dash of green apple, well integrated by a velvety finish.

Gaía Notios White is praised for its vibrant citrus and green apple notes, balanced by floral and mineral undertones. While some enjoy its refreshing and zesty profile, others find it overly bright or lacking complexity. The blend of Moschofilero, Roditis, and Assyrtiko grapes is often highlighted, offering a clean, medium-bodied wine with a satisfying finish, suitable for pairing with seafood and Mediterranean dishes.
Gaía Notios White is an aromatic and lively white blend from the region of Thessaly in Greece. It is a blend of two native grapes, Moschofilero and Roditis. It has an intense nose of lemon, apple, pear, and white flowers, with a hint of honey. On the palate, it is fresh and crisp, with notes of citrus, white stone fruits, and a mineral finish. It is a perfect accompaniment to light fish dishes and salads.
