Giacobini
Rich, full-bodied wine with a pale straw color. Its intricate flavor profile is outlined by honeysuckle, lemon, and stone fruit notes, which linger pleasantly on the palate. Its supple smoothness and round aftertaste make it a great match for a variety of dishes, containing sushi, where the light saltiness enhances the freshness of the fish.
Alastairk
Delightful culinary journey: Bruschetta in three forms, each a masterclass in stability and nuance. Gaia's own creations, a symphony of tones and textures. The 🍇, a racy and bright accompaniment, its floral whispers and citrusy suggestions a perfect foil to the savory. A 12.5% ABV, a gratifying finish. A return to the islands, where the 🌞 sun-kissed beaches and 🍷 vineyards come alive.
Dinarte
Well blended harmony of citrus and lime on the nose, with a fine equilibrium of brightness and sweetness on the palate. The soft citrus layers provide a gentle and bright quality.
