This Riesling presents contrasting notes, with some highlighting its refreshing nature and smooth pear-apple-honey flavors, while others note a funky diesel-like aroma. Opinions vary between those appreciating its polished elegance and those cautious about its petrol undertones.
On the nose, this Fritz Zimmer Riesling Kabinett offers vibrant aromas of ripe peaches, green apples, and citrus fruits. The palate of Fritz Zimmer Riesling Kabinett is crisp and refreshing, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. The flavors of juicy stone fruits, such as apricot and peach, dominate the palate, while hints of zesty lemon and lime provide a lively citrusy twist. The wine's natural acidity gives it a vibrant and lively character, making it a great choice for those who appreciate a well-balanced and refreshing white wine. This wine can be drunk now but will develop petrol-like notes over the next decade.
