This Meursault-Poruzots 1er Cru from Francois et Antoine Jobard is a remarkable wine that showcases the true essence of the Meursault appellation. With its premier cru status, this wine offers a level of complexity and finesse that is truly exceptional. On the nose, expect a beautiful bouquet of ripe citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, intertwined with delicate floral notes of white flowers and acacia. There is also a subtle hint of toasted almonds and hazelnuts, adding depth and richness to the aromatic profile. The palate is equally impressive, displaying a perfect balance between freshness and richness. The citrus flavors continue to shine, accompanied by flavors of ripe pear and white peach. The wine's creamy texture and well-integrated oak provide a luxurious mouthfeel, while a vibrant acidity keeps everything in harmony. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a lasting impression of elegance and finesse. This Meursault-Poruzots 1er Cru is a wine that can be enjoyed now, but also has the potential to age gracefully for several years, allowing its flavors to further develop and evolve. Overall, Francois et Antoine Jobard Meursault-Poruzots 1er Cru is a superb expression of Meursault, showcasing the unique terroir and the winemaking expertise of the Jobard family. It is a wine that will undoubtedly delight any wine enthusiast with its complexity, elegance, and sheer beauty.

Podojoo
Deep and textured wine with a prominent citrus and nutty character, even by a silky and polished texture. The close is long and satisfying, with a delicate oak and butter note that adds body and complexity. Overall, a well-crafted wine that is sure to please, but may benefit from a few years of aging to fully integrate its flavors.
Adamir
The wine's oak influence was overwhelming, disrupting the harmony it might have otherwise maintained. The heat added a jarring quality, rendering the in summary impression somewhat disjointed.
Ziwei Idres
Opulent and complex Meursault with a lighter, fruitier style and extensive time on the lees, resulting in a silky and creamy texture. The nose is described by a pronounced tertiary aroma, with undertones of ripe lemon, nectarine, almond, and hazelnut, alongside ginger and hay. The profile is bold and intense, with a pronounced brown butter and lemon curd flavor, accompanied by a long and pleasing finish.
