Pale gold wine with a subtle aroma of green apple, stone fruit, and a nuance of minerality, with a dry, med body and low acidity. The impression reveals a similar profile, with a slightly dull initial feeling that improves with time. The wine is primarily composed of green and stone fruit, with a whisper of sweetness and a simple, yet fruity character.

This Gavi di Gavi is praised for its crisp, vibrant character with prominent citrus, green apple, and mineral notes. Reviewers highlight its refreshing acidity and balanced structure, though some find it too light-bodied or short-finishing. While many appreciate its food-friendly versatility (especially with seafood), a few note occasional flavor simplicity. The wine maintains a consistent profile of bracing freshness across vintages.
