Well blended blend of fruit and oak, with a silky and smooth texture. The wine's even richness and good characterization of oak make it a stellar elite for those searching for a rounded, yet refined, wine.

Nuanced essence with light hints of petrol and stone fruit, accompanied by floral tones that add layers without overpowering the nose. The palate, too, is equally well-balanced, with a medium body and a creamy trail that resonates on the palate.

Voss Experts4.5

The 2021 Flowers Chardonnay presents a luminous straw hue, offering a bouquet of white peach, Meyer lemon, and a whisper of honeysuckle, underscored by subtle flinty minerality. On the palate, this Sonoma Coast Chardonnay reveals a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and a creamy texture, with layers of ripe pear and toasted almond. The mid-palate is elegantly structured, leading to a finish marked by a delicate hint of saline and a lingering note of vanilla bean. This wine exemplifies the coastal terroir, showcasing finesse and precision, making it a benchmark for cool-climate California Chardonnay.

What the web is saying

Flowers Chardonnay is praised for its smooth blend of fruit and oak, offering a rich and refined experience. While some appreciate its creamy texture and balanced oak, others note light hints of petrol and floral tones. The wine's fresh citrus and stone fruit notes add complexity, appealing to those who prefer less oaked Chardonnays.
