Fairy
Luscious and creamy wine that presents the nuances of Unity wines, with a nuanced suggestion of vanilla that adds nuance and complexity. whereas it may not be the most traditional pairing, it's a unique and curious way to pleasure the Chardonnay. I'd recommend it for those looking to explore the world of whites and discover new favorites.
Charrua Hansoul
Butter vanilla is truly amazing.
300
Refined and nuanced Chardonnay with a modern twist, presenting a deep and sophisticated profile. 3.8 stars. The crispness is slightly off, and the integration of alcohol is still developing. The fruit is predominantly sourced from Sonoma County and Mendocino County, aged for 15 months in 25% new French oak barrels, with batonnage every two weeks. Bottled unfined, 100% Mali. Classic notes of pineapples, lemons, lemon zests, stones, vanilla, toasted oak, and butter. A more harmonious alternative to the Rombauer Chardonnay in this price range.

Fisher Vineyards Unity Chardonnay is praised for its rich, creamy texture and harmonious blend of flavors like vanilla, butter, and toasted oak. While some find the alcohol integration needing improvement, others appreciate its bold, full-bodied nature. Common notes include lemon zest, apple, and a nuanced mineral finish. It's a luxurious choice for those exploring whites, though some may find the crispness slightly lacking.
The 2021 Fisher Vineyards Unity Chardonnay presents a luminous straw hue with a bouquet that unfolds layers of ripe pear, white peach, and a whisper of honeysuckle, underscored by subtle hints of toasted almond and wet stone. On the palate, this wine exhibits a harmonious balance of creamy texture and vibrant acidity, offering flavors of lemon curd and green apple, seamlessly integrated with a touch of vanilla from judicious oak aging. The finish is long and refreshing, marked by a mineral edge that speaks to its Sonoma origins. This Chardonnay exemplifies finesse and elegance, ideal for both immediate enjoyment and short-term cellaring.
