Fetzer Valley Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied and fruit-forward red wine. It offers aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis and dark cherry, with hints of toasted oak and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, the wine is juicy and smooth, with a rich and velvety texture that gives way to a lingering finish. This is an excellent expression of California Cabernet Sauvignon and will pair well with grilled meats and other hearty dishes.

Fetzer Valley Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied flavors with notes of blackberry, cherry, and chocolate. Many appreciate its smooth texture and balanced tannins, making it a good value for the price. However, some find it overly sweet or lacking complexity. While some enjoy its fruity and spicy profile, others note sediment issues or a thin consistency. Overall, it's a reliable choice for casual occasions.
