Familia TorFamilia Torres Salmos is a red blend wine produced in the Priorat region of Spain by the Torres family, one of the most renowned winemakers in the country. This wine is made from a blend of Garnacha, Cariñena, and Syrah grapes grown in the steep hills of Priorat. The vineyards are located on slate soils, which give the wine a unique mineral character. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for around a year. Salmos is a full-bodied wine with flavors of dark fruit, spice, and earthiness, with a long finish.
