Deep and evolved nose unfolds with a blackberry jam and cigar box bouquet, matched by the freshness of mint. On the palate, the vibrancy is well-balanced, with ripe layers and a silky finish. The tannins are polished and rounded, providing a sense of structure. The wine is well-balanced and offers top notch deal for its price.

The current state of the wine is very full in the mouth, with a rich, dense body that continues on the palate.

What the web is saying

Evidência Parras Evidência Tinto is praised for its silky tannins, balanced structure, and rich cherry and blackberry flavors. While many appreciate its polished oak and full-bodied profile, some note astringency and unripe tannins in certain vintages. The wine offers harmonious balance and good value, though occasional dryness and abrupt finishes are mentioned.

Voss Experts3.5

This Evidência Tinto is a robust Portugese blend of Alfrocheiro, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz. It is full-bodied and intense, with aromas of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of chocolate. On the palate, it is smooth and juicy, with flavors of cherry and blackberry, balanced by notes of pepper and forest floor. The finish is long and lingering, with a pleasant earthiness. Overall, it is a well-structured, complex wine that will make a great pairing for grilled meats and hearty stews.
