2011

Shizune

I expected better, but the wine was not bad, despite this.

2016

Kimucho

Unique blend of Tenerife's finest organic grapes, expertly co-fermented with stems and aged in neutral used French oak barrels, yields a rich and detailed wine with a deep, pale color and a nose that unfolds with apple cider, clove, and a trace of smoke, in contrast its flavor is outlined by dry, med-high acidity, well-integrated alcohol, and a med body, with a finale that remains with cranberry and red currant flavors.

2017

Peiyu

Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, bold color and a garnet-hued rim. The nose is intense, with a volcanic reductive character that gives way to a tart, red fruit-driven profile. The taste is dry, with a soft peppery note that adds depth. The tannins are velvety, and the crispness is crisp, leaving a clean finish.
