This Elena Walch Gewürztraminer Vigna Kastelaz offers up aromas of white flowers, honeycomb, stone fruits, and a hint of white pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a lively acidity, and a creamy texture. Flavors of apricot, honey, and spice are balanced by a zesty finish. It is a wonderfully complex, and elegant wine that is sure to delight.
