Displaying a pale straw hue, this Chardonnay from El Viejo del Valle offers a bouquet of ripe stone fruits interwoven with subtle notes of honeysuckle and a whisper of flinty minerality. On the palate, it reveals a well-structured body with a creamy texture, underscored by vibrant acidity that lifts the flavors of white peach and lemon curd. The judicious use of oak adds a delicate layer of vanilla and spice, enhancing the wine's complexity without overshadowing its fruit purity. A lingering finish marked by a hint of saline minerality positions this wine as a refined expression of its terroir.
