This Riesling Kabinett from Egon Müller's Scharzhofberger vineyard is an inviting and complex wine. Its aromas of white peach, apricot, and lime are complemented by nuances of slate, honey, and white flower. On the palate, it is fresh and lively with a bright acidity and a long, balanced finish. Its striking complexity and balance make it an ideal accompaniment for a range of foods, from light seafood dishes to richer fare.

Makaio Batylin
Lean and intense wine with a bold, tannic character. The tanginess is high, and the dry extract is a hallmark of the Scharzhofberger. at the same time it may not be the most rich or nuanced wine, it is certainly fascinating and well-suited to those who enjoy a bold, dry style.
Arroin
2021 is expected to be a remarkable vintage. The bottle retains a tense quality, displaying a nuanced palette of mineral, peach, apricot, apple, and lemon notes, with a more restrained approach to sweetness and punch compared to other vintages.
Bia Krecki
Graceful and elegant Mosel Riesling with a cohesive symmetry of acidity and residual sugar, its mineral and silky finale is a testament to the region's remarkable terroir.

Egon Müller's Scharzhof Scharzhofberger Riesling Kabinett is praised for its vibrant acidity, balanced sweetness, and complex minerality. Flavors of peach, apple, and citrus are common, with hints of floral and petrol notes. While some find it opulent and harmonious, others note occasional off-flavors. Its aging potential and versatility with food are highlighted, though some question its high price.
