90% of the wine's character is derived from stainless steel barrels, with 10% being stored in double barrels. For six months, the lees were gently stirred, allowing the wine to develop a sophisticated and consistent profile. The resulting liveliness is typical of the Riesling grape variety, with undertones of lemon, pineapple, and lime, alongside mild grass and mineral undertones. The linger is dry, with a crisp and zesty quality. The wine's high liveliness is refined by a fruitiness that is similar to of Sauvignon Blanc, yet its unique characteristics set it apart. Overall, the wine is a fascinating blend of two distinct styles, with an interesting and well-balanced finish.
