Maruzia
A well-priced wine with a pleasant, zesty character. Its sweetness is a welcome change from my usual preference for Mosel Riesling, and it still manages to deliver a crisp finish. The tanginess is uniquely noteworthy, and the low alcohol content makes it a fabulous option for those desiring a dry wine. The nose is marked by by petroleum, lemon, and wet slate notes, even as the palate is defined by lemon and lime flavors. Overall, a solid recommendation for those looking for a decent, affordable wine.
