Yamaha Bozier
Intricate and intriguing nose, with a mix of primary red fruit and berry notes, balanced by the sweetness of brioche and the warmth of cinnamon and clove. However, the body is somewhat lacking, with a medium grip and a high level of zest that makes it feel stiff and unyielding. The tongue is led by by a green asparagus note, with a lingering follow through that is both bitter and soapy. Overall, a somewhat underwhelming experience, with too much greenness and not enough substance to elevate it to a truly memorable level.
