Chayapon
2y
Truly stellar wine from one of the finest single vineyards in Cote de Nuits, boasting a unique terroir with its light chalky, gravel, and oolitic limestone soils. The nose is defined by a full array of red fruit aromas, comprising cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and red currant. As the wine opens, the profiles become increasingly complex, with a mild earthy and pepper note presence. The composition is voluptuous and complex, with a multilayered symmetry that is both elegant and harmonious. The finale is long and unending, with an undeniable sense of mastery and refinement.
