This Domaine Taupenot-Merme Mazoyères Chambertin Grand Cru is a beautiful, complex and balanced Burgundy. It has aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, cedar and forest floor, as well as hints of spice and forest floor. On the palate, it has a silky texture with a long finish that lingers with a hint of earth. Its acidity is well-integrated and its tannins are ripe and firm. This is a wonderful wine that will cellar well for many years to come.

Tanongsak
Promising young specimen, with a powerful and well-rounded nose and mouth, exhibiting a elegant blend of herbal, coffee, forest, and tropical fruit notes, which will undoubtedly develop and mature over time, yielding a opulent and multi faceted flavor profile that will be truly elite in 10-20 years.
Honor
A rich, soft wine with a deep, garnet hue, gradually deepening to a pale ruby. Its zest is racy and well-balanced, tempered by a medley of red fruits and nuanced spice undertones. Soft tannins provide a silky texture, during undertones of sour cherry and liquorice add depth and complexity. A long, elegant aftertaste is punctuated by warm brown spice notes, making this a truly magical trying experience.
Agustinus
Complex, layered wine with a rich, mellow structure that envelops the palate. The nose is dominated by concentrated fruit aromas, containing red cherry, raspberry, and plum, with subtle flavors of earthy undertones. The oak integration is well-balanced, adding density and structure to the wine. The linger is long and satisfying, with a soft nuance of mushroom and forest floor whispers that linger on the palate. Overall, a wine that will continue to evolve and improve with age, making it a fantastic match for rich, fatty meats like wagyu steak.
