Czikos Comatos

Ripe pear on the nose, but the profile falls short, with a flat and watery texture.

Saud

Robust and round wine with a delicate nose of ripe tropical fruit, citrus, and floral notes, smooth by a dry finish and a creamy texture.

Well-crafted Aligote from Pernot Belicard, exhibiting a polished and delicate character.\nNose: A seamless blend of chalk, lime, and citrus notes, enhanced by a nuanced yeasty nuance and a dash of grape skin.\nThe impression is defined by sharp acidity, mild concentration, and a steely minerality, accompanied by a firm tactile quality and a medium length.\nOverall, this Aligote is indulging well now, but can benefit from a short period of aging, potentially extending its lifespan by 2-3 years.\nA stellar affordability and a testament to the winemaker's skill, this Aligote is a worthwhile addition to any cellar.
