Voss Experts4.5

This intriguing white from Gaillac showcases the unique Loin de l'Oeil grape with a pale straw hue, offering a bouquet of ripe apricot, white peach, and subtle honeysuckle. On the palate, it reveals a delicate effervescence, enhancing its vibrant acidity and minerality. The mid-palate is textured, with notes of quince and a hint of almond, leading to a refreshing, slightly saline finish. This wine exemplifies the region's potential for producing distinctive, characterful whites, making it a compelling choice for those exploring the nuances of French viniculture.
