Domaine Jean Grivot Echezeaux Grand Cru

Domaine Jean Grivot Echezeaux Grand Cru is praised for its rich, complex flavors and aromas, including black cherry, strawberry, and chocolate. It offers a smooth, silky texture with a long, satisfying finish. While some find it elegant and well-balanced, others note issues with reduction and sulfur in certain vintages. The wine's earthy undertones and hints of spice add depth, appealing to those who enjoy a full-bodied Burgundy.

This Domaine Jean Grivot Echezeaux Grand Cru is a delightful red Burgundy with a deep ruby color. On the nose, aromas of ripe dark berries, cherry, and spice mingle with a hint of earthiness. On the palate, the tannins are perfectly balanced with layers of ripe blackberry and sweet cherry flavors. The finish is long and elegant with notes of dried herbs and subtle oak. Enjoy now or cellar for a few years for added complexity.
