Refined, full-bodied wine with a rich, layered character. The oxidised, sherry-like style is a deliberate choice, resulting in a dry and strongly flavoured expression of the grape. The wine's natural liveliness and tannins are well-balanced, making it a fantastic match for a variety of dishes. The cask finish and flor impurities add nuance and nuance to the wine's in summary character. The recommended serving temperature is cool, rather than chilled. A outstanding example of a well-crafted wine, apt for those who appreciate its unique style.

On the nose, Domaine Grand Château-Chalon En Beaumont offers enticing aromas of dried fruits, such as apricot and fig, along with hints of nuts and spices. These aromas are complemented by a subtle oxidative note, which adds depth and complexity to the wine. The palate of this wine is rich and full-bodied, with a pronounced acidity that gives it a refreshing and vibrant character.
