6 Rovari
A sumptuous and elegant Sauvignon Blanc with a golden hue, showcasing its concentrated and soft texture. The nose is recognized by layers of honey and vanilla, elevated by a gentle mouthfeel. The mid-weight profile is well-balanced, with a gratifying ending that pairs effortlessly with a variety of dishes, including white meats, pasta, and soft fish.
Frsncesco
Vibrant and bright wine with a bright green hue, reflective of tropical citrus. The nose is outlined by a multi faceted smell of green apple, kiwi, apricot, and a hint of grapefruit, presenting a delightful equilibrium of bracing quality and sweetness.
Dongjoo Vissert
A rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, golden shade and a copper sheen. Its legs are slow to settle, but once they do, the aromas of bright grapefruit, tomato, and melon are unmistakable. The tanginess is medium, and the body is medium to full, with a smooth, round texture. After a few minutes, the wine takes on a slightly wet dog-like quality, but it's not lingering for long. On Day 2, the nuances of cilantro, lime, and jalapeño and tomato leaves emerge, adding a fresh and herbaceous note. Overall, this wine is a standout, with a unique and complex character that will appeal to fans of full-bodied reds.
