Pei-Shan
Comforting and clean wine with a bright yellow/straw hue. The nose is noted for by a herby and citrus scent, with whispers of apricot. The acidity and residual sugar (RS) work well together to cut through the richness of red pepper/garlic shrimp, creating a nice balance. The flavor confirms the nose, with a tart lemon flesh, dried apricots, and a lingering lemon and phenolic zing. Overall, a well-balanced and smooth wine.
