Elegant perfume unfolded with understated nuances, yielding a well blended fruit profile, earthy undertones, and a peppery undertone. As the glass emptied, the wine's depth deepened, revealing a sweet and stemmy finish, accompanied by a cohesive bracing quality and velvety tannins.
TS (Idur)
Rich and full-bodied wine with a detailed scent of forest and earthy notes, blended by the sweetness of ripe strawberries and a accent of pepper. The tannins are supple and velvety, meanwhile the aftertaste is light and refreshing. A perfect pairing for rich and savory dishes, specifically those featuring lean meats such as veal.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 2012 vintage, which marked my first encounter with the 13-year-old. The composition was well-balanced, but the fruit profile was slightly diminished from the previous year's offering. Nevertheless, I am inclined to revisit the 13-year-old in the future.

Domaine du Pelican Trois Cepages Arbois offers an elegant balance of earthy undertones and red berry fruits, with consistent praise for its velvety tannins and fresh acidity. While some vintages show slight fruit variation, most highlight a light-bodied structure with Burgundian finesse. Reviews note harmonious integration of forest notes, peppery accents, and subtle gaminess, though tannins can be grippy in younger expressions.
This Domaine du Pelican Trois Cepages Arbois is a delightful expression of the Jura terroir. The nose is vivid with aromas of blackberry, cherry, and earthy spice. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and structured with a silky texture and vibrant acidity. The flavors are of ripe dark fruits, earthiness, and spice, carried along by a long, persistent finish. Overall, it is a classic expression of the region, showing its elegance and complexity.
