Peeu
A wine that defies categorization, this 2019 vintage is a masterclass in nuance and depth. Its tannins, though initially a surprise, ultimately prove to be a key component in its intricacy and long finish. The delicate notes of bold chocolate and black currant are expertly refined by a savory, meaty quality that adds intensity and interest. A truly extraordinary wine that will reward repeated tastings and pairings.
Ewelina
Superior wine, one of the finest blends of Israeli wines available. bold and complex, with a long, satisfying finish. Best served after 5-10 years to fully appreciate its nuances.
Pi-Lou
Deep and textured dessert sensation unfolds on the palate, with tones of opaque chocolate and vanilla blended by the sweetness of coconut and the tanginess of blackberry. The addition of dried herbs and tomatoes leaves adds a savory depth, but the mouthfeel of old leather provides a delightful crunch. The finish is long and pleasant, with a understated aftertaste that lingers. This unique dessert is a true standout, and I highly recommend it.

Domaine du Castel Grand Vin Rouge is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with notes of black fruit, oak, and chocolate. Many appreciate its smooth texture and aging potential, while some find it too young or unbalanced. The wine's complexity and depth are highlighted, with flavors of plum, cherry, and leather. A few reviews mention spoilage issues, but overall, it is considered a top-tier Israeli wine.
